Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 12pm may be processed the following business day.
UK Standard Shipping
Free standard shipping on all UK orders. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days via Royal Mail or DPD.
UK Express Shipping
Express shipping is available at checkout for £4.99. Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days.
International Shipping
We currently ship to selected European countries and the United States. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery via the carrier's website.
Delays & Issues
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Elara Haus is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@elara-haus.com.
